I've only seen a few episodes of 'I Am Jazz,' but I've watched some clips on Youtube. There is one where Jazz is talking to her boyfriend's (I can't remember his name) mother and his mother was saying that she felt it was irrational for her son to deny he is gay when both he and Jazz were born male. I agree that people will say and think that whether or not they believe it themselves. Years ago when British fashion model, and transsexual, Tula appeared on talk-shows with her husband, the audience would often say that he is really gay to be with someone that he knows is a transsexual. He answered them by saying that it was okay with him if people thought that because to deny it makes it seem like there is something terribly wrong with being gay and there isn't, so he owned it. Most guys who are attracted to transsexuals will never do that. I've only known a few that were with transsexuals that I've known and, true, most people did think they were gay, but they didn't care.

The body is male inside out. Bone density, cardiovascular structure, muscularity etc. He has the reproductive system that makes small gametes; sperm.
