13+?? wth? The age rating by the Turkish movie classification board

What on earth were the Turkish movie classification board thinking? Certifying 13+? Stating that this film contains behavior that might constitute a negative example and contains sequences of violence and horror? Give me a break!!

This movie classification board has rated tens of Turkish films much lower where you could see nudity, violence and profanities that have been used like hell. When I see hypocrisy like this my temper flares up. But hey, we live in Turkey. Welcome to Turkey. Once again the dirty face of the regime has come to light!
