Great Season finale!! But I have a question...
Did Rosealee make it to the north? I ask this because she was talking to the other guy and she had on a nice dress and she said she was going back.

shareYes. Rosalee made it to freedom, but decided that wasn't the end for her. She joined the underground railroad. That was Harriet Tubman at the end. ;)
shareWas that Tubman in the final scene? The music in that last part was loud and the characters weren't speaking very loudly so I didn't hear a word they said.
Who was the guy Rosalee was talking to, in that pretty garden?
I can't remember his name but he was the guy from the beginning of the show who first approached the husband (can't remember his name either!) about using his home as a safe house for run a ways and he was also seen in the scene with the man and woman who shipped themselves to freedom and the lady died in the box. He was on the show a lot early on then we hadn't seen him in a long time
shareRosalee was talking to a fictional version of real-life abolitionist, William Still, played by Chris Chalk. ;-)

We never saw Harriet's face, as it was obscured by the sun, but we saw her extend her hand to Rosalee and introduce herself as Harriet.
shareYes she made it to freedom. But as you see she went back and met with Harriet Tubman who is going to teach her how to free others. You know Harriet Tubman went back several times to lead others to freedom.
