No, she will not. Harriet Tubman is a dark skinned black woman, so despite being a hero she won't be on here. The producers are obsessed with having dark skinned men juxtaposed against light skinned woman. Dark women die fast on this show, only the light survive and get significant camera time.
Blame fetish, colorism and historically inaccurate depiction of the majority makeup of slavery and the Underground Railroad.
synthia u sound very ignorant.
but to answer the original question, I don't think we will see anything like that in this season (1 episode left). we may get something along those lines in season 2 possibly
Synthia, I don't think the writers have a fetish for light-skinned women, Rosalie kinda had to be light-skinned in order to be a believable child conceived between a slave and their master, and since her role in the show revolves a lot around that it just makes sense.
But Boo isn't light-skinned and she's still around. Noah is dark-skinned and he's basically the main protagonist, Cato and Ernestine are on the medium/fair side.
This is the first time I've ever had to think about it, why does it matter anyway? The only dark-skinned female who was killed was Pearlie May, but she was also the ONLY other black female on the show in general. Technically more dark-skinned dudes died, but so did some white guys, I don't think there's a bias in this show when it comes it this.
Black people being racist against other black people for not being black enough and then blaming white people. Nice!
sharePointing out the truth of how the show creators are erasing the brown and true black women from the narrative is not being racist. You're laughable and are complicit.
This show is disgusting.
Where exactly is the racist statement you idiot?
So she's not truly a black woman because her skin is not dark enough. And that's not racist? The ignorance is astronomical.

WOW this Harriet Tubman Thread wen left real fast.....
1st off African Americans could not be racist against other African Americans we can be colorist. And this has been a practice that has gone one since The African Race created other races. But compounded and inflamed by white slave owners. As White slave owners would use this as a caste system to play upon the mentality of the African Slaves.
It would be great. If uneducated people would not try to simplify everything to fit into their minds.
LIKE calling any prejudice, discrimination bias, partisanship, partiality, intolerance........... racist..
You really need to understand that Racism is a system and a Racist is a part of that system
The writers planned four years ago to end the season 1 finale with Harriet Tubman saying "Name's Harriet" to Rosalee. She'll be in the show in season 2.

She will probably be alluded to and mentioned a lot, next season, but not seen very often... being how so many people are hung up on "historical accuracies" and whatnot.
