Well the $1 Billion marker has been passed by Frozen II. What's next?

Grosses
Domestic (35.5%)
$366,542,072
International (64.5%)
$666,000,000 I'm surprised, there are no comments on this bit of numerology!
Worldwide
$1,032,542,072

Queenfan claiming that it's underperforming is what's next.

What a quiet little steady performer for Disney.

Frozen II (as of Day 45)
Domestic (33.9%) $449,876,364
International (66.1%) $875,300,000
Worldwide $1,325,176,364

From ~$250 Million behind Frozen to ~$51 Million ahead of frozen in 20 days. That is a $300 Million dollar swing! Some unnamed Box Office Savant and amateur financial aficionado stated that allegedly, Frozen II was dropping like a rock. 🤔

It remains to be seen if that individual will ever grace the Frozen II board to extol just how right he is/was/will be when it comes to analysis, predictions and projections on "All-Things" that are his self-proclaimed hobby. 🤣

reply

Frozen III I guess.

More direct to DVD/Disney Plus movies with Olaf.

Frozen II has now become the highest grossing animated release of all time worldwide reaching $1.325 billion worldwide

..and it's Release-box-office run isn't finished yet. 😎

Right now Frozen II ($875,912,917) is a mere $5 Million from eclipsing the International total of the original 2013-Frozen ($880,064,273). If it completes that hurdle it will have done something that the great Disney basher thought was impossible and would never happen.

reply

It had an inexplicably strong international week/end - or it seems so, because it's now at over 912 million international, so it made 36 million since last update(!) the BO run is not finished at all for this movie.

reply

But it's supposed to be falling like a rock Internationally, and yet Frozen II (as a sequel) is ahead of Frozen (2013's) International accumulation by ~$56 Million?!
