Does anyone else suspect the younger daughter of deliberately letting her sister die in order to get out of the village?

Yep. She's a deceptive little thing. Wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her.

Yes. Because of that smile she gave at the end as she was walking away with the team. She either didn't give her the cure or she poisoned her.

Not to mention her sister was the only one who didn't respond to the medicine made from the sandworm gland.
