This series just gets more and more stupid.
I am sick and tired of the "buddy banter" and I am longing for some serious dramatic content. It's so lightweight.
This episode carried implausibility to new heights with the Armed Response Unit turning up within moments of being called by a Captain who's only complaint was a strange guy smiled at him. A couple of bobbies maybe - a couple of hours later - but armed police who knew exactly where to go, within minutes?
The fact that they both kept their jobs was ludicrous.
I won't be watching episode 6.

I know its not Peaky Blinders, but watch the last two episodes (6&7) on iPlayer. It is a major improvement over the first five. Although I doubt a second series will be commisoned.
