It is clear from the reviews that this is something that you would fall in love or completely hate it. What is surprising that there are so many bashers lurking around imdb board these days. Look at the negative review posters review history. I bet you won't find a single one who hasn't bashed movies. Anyway, we watched it and loved it! It was a nice little story with enough suspense to move it forward while entertaining. Watch it and decide. We loved it!
shareYou can look at my history, I don't bash often, other than little quips. But this film, well I'll just say that if I notice the bad acting that is saying a lot. And it was really noticeable to me. Many scenes sounded utterly wooden with all the emotion of table reads.

Never mind the fact nothing happens really until about 1 hour into the film. How is it that it is currently rated 7.5 with over 2000 votes? Something smells a little fishy here. While it wasn't the worst low budget film I've tortured myself with, it certainly isn't the best.
After a 1,000 votes I usually figure that any reasonable rigging of votes has past by.
There are many films that I love that are reviled by large groups of people.
There is obviously a clique or culture that this film resonates with. And I am truly happy for them. I don't see anything redeemable in it, but I don't have to.

It's funny how people who try to defend these trash movies always claim there is some massive bad-review conspiracy behind it all, when the most rational explanation is that it's getting bad reviews because it's a bad movie. Some people just can't accept that they have terrible standards.
