Since the killings took place whilst Claire worked the Manchester area and they stopped when she moved to Craggy Island, they started up when she came back to the mainland with the fat copper, it leads me to believe Claire could be the killer?

Or it could be her domestic partner then that would be another Broadchurch type of unveil.

yeah good point. I think it is definitely leaning that way.

Quite enjoyed the first episode so we shall see
