Does anyone know the name of the theme song?

I've been looking for it, but haven't been able to find it.

"Hollow Talk" by the Danish group Choir of Young Believers
Album: "This is for the White in your Eyes"

I believe Hollow Talk by the Choir of young believers is the theme song to the Swedish/Danish show The Bridge.

Apparently Tim Rice wrote the song lyrics, and Izzie Yardley is the vocalist.
I don't know what the song title is though. I assume it was written especially for this (and I think it is trying to sound like the theme to The Bridge!).
