The ending-
Concerning the "immunity" of the SEALs- was this a warning to ensure you vaccinate your kids, lest you end up with a zombaby?

I think the ending was more about revealing to us that governments have no trouble using their citizens as guinea pigs for various things and that we should continue to watch what our governments do in the future. The 1% doesn't care about the common folk so don't trust them and maybe look in the future to take our countries back and have them be run by people who care about the other 99%.
