I stream using a Roku streaming stick & the Feeln channel app ($1.99 a month) has some of Jesse Stone movies. You said you'd checked everything. Feeln has many Hallmark things - I imagine you could watch this on your computer too & if you have a laptop hook it up to your tv w/ HDMI.
