very hard to understand 'Anna'

I don't know if it was the sound, or Sarah Bolger, but I found it really hard to catch what Anna was saying. Because I downloaded it, there were no subtitles, and I ended up missing a lt of her background story. When she read Christopher the story about Cubby, I just couldn't understand her. Shame
