In the opening episode, the narrator called Salvador Lucky Luciano as his given name. In reality, he was born Salvador Lucinia. Lucky Americanized his own name. He also called himself Charles Lane and Charles Ross. When he moved into The Waldorf Astoria, he was Charles Lane.
