Emmy consideration - Fox idiots did not submit Olyphant

So he wins the Critics Choice Award for Best Actor in a Guest Role and yet nobody submitted his name for consideration for the Emmys? TV Guide says his people should have submitted him, but maybe they assumed Fox would? Even though Fox was stupid enough to cancel the show in the first place.

The Grinder itself was submitted for best comedy. Fred Savage, Rob Lowe, Mary Elizabeth Ellis and even the kid on the show were submitted for consideration, but no Olyphant....

Timothy Olyphant won't grind to the Emmys: But by far the most egregious absence is Olyphant for his delightfully obtuse turn as himself on the dearly departed The Grinder. Look, I totally get Fox not shelling out dough for FYCs for a canceled show (you also have to pay an Emmy submission fee), so this is on his peeps. Dude won the Critics' Choice Award for his guest spot. This oversight is not (Justified)
