I found the medical part of the show to be way too over the top and it was very eye-roll worthy. However, I really loved the characters. They were so much fun and the chemistry was spot on from the beginning.
It seems all the quirky shows with a fun cast end up getting cancelled. It is sad when 4 million viewers don't count for much

It was really far fetched, but I did enjoy it, I agree, the characters were quirky and fun. Probably more of a Netflix type show than network. share
It was fairly good but I hated the love triangle. I would've been ok with a second season. So when is the final episode?

It was so far fetched and was being sold as a medical drama so that was a bad thing from the word go. I found the characters so cliche you could see bits from other shows. Love triangle was just stupid and Melissa George just was too over confident and cocky you need to like the lead character not wish she was the patient who wouldn't make it. I'm glad it's gone just so I don't have to see those stupid commercials for what a badass Dr she was who broke all the rules like any Dr would dare do those things and still work at a hospital it wouldn't happen.
