Respectfully I did explain without just trashing it on every level.
Fact is it just doesn't offer any thing . I gave some facts about the actors
but had nothing at all. and I look for anything positive,to offer.

It's supposed to be an experiment on soldiers, testing a new drug. The leader of the soldiers was in on the testing (hence the line "It wasn't supposed to be this way") but everything went wrong.
It's an interesting idea, but too little explanation adds up to a whole lotta nothing in the end. Shame that, it had the makings of a good film.
It just dragged on and on and on and then around 50 minutes into the film things start to fall into place, but by that point a person has given up, looking at the cob web in the corner of the ceiling, considering what to have for supper, wondering why you sat through this rubbish this long already. It really sounded like it had potential, but wow that was just a never ending pile of dribble.

Yes, it's extremely opaque and doesn't answer many questions by the end. Nonetheless I enjoyed it for what it was, an experiment by a rather heartless group on a bunch of relatively innocent people, and I felt badly for them.
