I agree with Grimm that Brian should have spent more money.

While I think Grimm overestimates herself and is pretty smug but I do agree Brian should have spent some cash. Now I am under the assumption that he was raking in the profits not over all gross. If that isnt the case then I guess i get it but if he had 100k to spend then I think he should have done it. It would be hard to match that kind of money with a town that has mostly a second home ownership population.
