A few details about the film you might want to know about

For most people,this may seem like an aladin comedy but it actually starts in modern times
with two thieves dressed as Santa Claus who want to make a robbery after the stores closes
but then a kid starts asking for a story and so the Santa Claus starts to tell an Aladin
story.

For me,the Santa Claus and Christmas setting is all wrong and the movie shouldn't have been done in modern times at all but in the world of Aladin only.


Another impression may be that this is a film for the whole family but it surely borders
on a more mature pg 13 territory in some instances like the multiple references to a man's
sexual organs because he couldn't get it on with the princess or a few references to poop
(You've got poop in your eyes is an example & no,poop is not the word they use).

There's also a surprising scene where a lizard in a box is cutted in half(we do see blood
after the fact).Not sure what the idea of that scene was but it's repulsive.


Honestly it has a few good ideas and some funny bits(like i am your father)
so i would be lying if i said it was all bad.

I just hope there's an american remake which retells the story in a better
way and leaves some of this movie's undesirable elements on the cutting room floor.
