He abused his authority and wanted to be held accountable. His punishment was demotion, which he accepted. But he had to serve the demotion at the precinct he once captained. That was painful.

I agree. I think Hornstock is great,I despise Eddie Cibrian and his cockiness in every show he plays in. I don't think he is acting,I think he just plays himself. A huge tool.
