I have really enjoyed Grandfathered but lately it seems to be petering out. The last episode where they go to the spa was OK but it just seems to lack the fun and heart of the earlier episodes. Also, it seems the more you get to know the characters, the less likable they become, such as the assistant.
Feel free to disagree with me though. 😀
This is the first episode where I have enjoyed Christina Milan's character. She actually delivered some pretty funny lines and her character felt a little more real.
The last few episodes have been hit or miss but I am still enjoying it as a whole. I'm hoping that it gets picked up for another season to see where they go with it.
Apparently it did get picked up for a second season. I hope they take it in a little different direction.
I am not in the USA and watch it online so I am not sure how popular the show is with people there.
Hey I didn't even notice she doesn't get on my nerves lately until I read this. I couldn't stand christina Milian at first. I think the show has gotten out of that awkward phase all new shows go through. Some never get good and some do and I think this one is getting pretty good.
shareMy take is the first four were the best (esp the first one) and they've been slowly spins downhill. I'll still watch but it's still a far better/funnier show than the grinder.
shareI didn't like this episode and it kinda passed me by. But I thought Vanessa was funny throughout. I agree something is different with the newer eps.
