What a load of...

It is impressive how they managed to mess up such a fruitful setup.
Stick some people in a zombie apocalypse situation and see what happens.
What could go wrong?!
Well, everything it seems.

In stead of putting some interesting people in an exciting and threatening situation, they put a bunch of boring shallow folks in what turns out to be nothing more than another Big Brother show, with a few zombies thrown in and some dumb challenges.

Oh and also add an annoying unfunny boring presenter.

Not to mention that the whole "background story" is just daft.
Something about mobile phones turning people into zombies... add to that the "funny" information broadcasts from the government and you end up with a mess, a show that doesn't quite know what it wants to be.

Could have been so much better if it was a lot less managed and artificial.
Think '28 days later' in stead of some 1980s zombie comedy.

Seen two episodes now and couldn't care less what happens to these people.
I'm on the side of the zombies... if I can be bothered to keep watching.

I would say for you to keep watching the rest of the show. I think people had different expectations and as the genre is so widely adopted it's hard to accommodate everyone's desires.

As for calling the cast shallow, there was a lovely group of people and a diverse range of participants taking part.

... crap...

Bedding supplies? Really? I'm im a zombie apocalypse, i'm gonna pick a scavenging mission to risk my life on, it's gonna be for a *beep* pillow... Thats when I stopped watching... The show is dumb...

reply

Well I've seen ALL of it now and want my money back.
So much wasted time.
The show is a disaster.
And yes the cast is shallow, zombie apocalypse and they have boring Big Brother level kind of chats about absolutely nothing.

If something is good we call it "the dog's bo@@@@ks". Yet if something is bad we simply call it "bo@@@@ks". This show is BO@@@@KS.
