Where the hell did that go? The kids won't have been paid much, Disney owns Touchstone, so the rights aren't expensive, all post production will be done in house, almost all the advertising will be done through Disney outlets, and I refuse to believe the writer of the runaway bride has a huge price tag.

Oh and it's filmed in Vancouver. Not famous for being an expensive locale.
