Late plastic surgery?

Just how late were they doing that plastic surgery? The patient was still in the ER when the blackout happened and it was obviously after 5:30 PM because it was dark outside also. If the surgery had been during the day, it would've still been daylight outside.

Yeah, good point that I never even thought of. Most surgeries take place at the crack of dawn in my own experience. I guess the plastic surgeon in this episode likes to sleep in.
