Hemorrhagic fever doesn't even come close to the lethality rate of rabies..
If fact, rabies i above and beyond anything in this world. Its the disease with the highest death rate and the prognosis is among the worst when the patients have already expressing symptoms.
But rabies wouldn't require the biohazard containment tents. 😃
