Spoilers this movie is the Matrix

First off I love this movie, but it has a lot of parallels to the Matrix. The most apparent moment is the scene where Aki tells Mitsuko to kill her and she holds out her hands with the blue wire in one hand and a red wire in the other. It's just like the scene with Morpheus with the blue pill and red pill. Then she tells Mitsuko to say "I'm Mitsuko" like Neo saying "My name is Neo". Then she pulls the wires like pulling the plug. Also Aki is the only who is helping her through the different realities showing her that needs to make choices and showing her how to fight in the wedding scene. The Teachers in the school are like the Agents killing everyone and chasing Mitsuko through the different realities. Then at the end she meets that old man sitting playing video games and explains everything, he is just like the Architect. Also both movies have a theme about the choices we make and breaking away from society norms. Am I the only on who sees all of the parallels?
