could they have called the cops on the girls

on underage drinking or pot smoking? was there a catch?

reply

They had their weed

reply

the girls had 7 parties even before they stole the weed

reply

They burned the weed.

reply

Also since they live there at the house, depending on what state they live in, they are free to drink as much alcohol as they want as long as they are on their private property

reply

It's illegal to allow underage people to drink on your property. You can't do anything that you want on your own property. Laws still apply.

Of course since this is a fictional movie, real world rules don't apply.

But throwing bloody tampons, stripping someone out of their clothes, stealing people's stuff, stealing someone's phone and screwing with them, these are all harassment crimes, yes?

Trying to go for an informative, and hopefully something people think is funny, youtube channel so hope you guys like. Thanks.

Throwing blood tampons at windows, not really.

Throwing that one tampon that hit Seth Rogen's character, would be construed as domestic violence.

Stealing people's stuff would be theft.

They could also have called the cops for the noise factor. You have to keep it down in a residential district,or you can be cited for disturbing the peace after midnight in most towns.
That, btw, is a reason why most frat and sorierty houses are on campus or in a somewhat isolated area.

reply

Let's be real, they are girls and they probably would seduce their way into a warning. I highly doubt they would do it again after that.

Only if it were Kelly throwing it. It would, however, be assault.

They had witnesses for the furniture theft. And Mac's reasoning for not reporting it was insane—what were the girls going to do, tell the cops it was in retaliation for stealing the *beep* of illegal drugs they were dealing, possibly to some minors (there are some 17-year-old college freshmen)? They could have done hard time for that if they admitted it.

reply

And why did they need to come up with an elaborate plan to steal the weed in the first place...... Why didn't they just tell a cop handling security, "hey, those girls over there are selling pounds of pot".

reply

that would not be domestic violence by any stretch of the imagination. they were not dating, they were neighbors. there are a slew of assault type charges it could be, but domestic is not one of them.

reply

1. Throwing a bloody tampon on their property is littering/vandalism and since blood is human waste, there are actually health concerns and laws that govern that.

2. It's not "domestic violence". It's assault and battery. Please don't use words you don't understand.

3. Stealing people's stuff would be theft. Spray painting their house would be vandalism.

They violated noise laws, underage drinking, accessing someone's electronic devices without their consent is a computer crime in most places, harassment, and a whole host of things. Rogen's side did little more than steal their weed, which was illegal for them to possess anyway, so the girls couldn't even really report that.

At any point they could have basically called the cops and had that shut down. They didn't even involve them once.

reply

well you got to accept some things with these movies

Like the first one, you had to assume they were the ONLY ones who had a issue with the franternity. But least the first one they did TRY to call the cops. It just the cops were horrible.

reply

Yeah, also it looks like those two were the only houses ocuppied in the whole neighborhood, nobody else complains

reply

Plus with the iphone. It most likely is finger print locked.

reply

Yep.
