Apart from the bad writing and art design, wtf did they do to the Flash?

Who came up with the idea to team up 3 non-powered heroes with a super-hero?

The Flash would be so ultra-powerful in comparison that he could just pwn everyone and everything in this movie in a microsecond. And to avoid that they had to dumb him down so much, that he's just a clown that can maybe run 5 times faster than a normal guy.

I mean, Silverback captures him by standing next to a visible noose on the ground that the Flash runs into and then is pulled up and left flailing about? What the hell? Is this for 4 year olds?

He's nothing but unfunny comic relief with a room temperature iq.

This is just horrible. I know that Batman is a lame character (he's practically iron-man without the suit and Jarvis > Alfred :-) ) but come on, man up and get better writing to make it good. But don't borrow other super-heroes and turn them into morons to make Batman look good in comparison...

With the exception of Cheetah, everything in this movie (and I mean everything) is just bad...

And whoever massacred the Flash should be shot!

Flash is suppose to be very smart...not comic relief and an buffoon.

And "Red Robin"...what's wrong with regular Robin?

Yeah, even if it's for small kids some things shouldn't be changed.

Tim Drake has been Red Robin in the comics for years now, going on a decade.

I noticed in many (hero) joint works that Flash is portrayed as the team's clown. It's nothing unique or new here.
Whether it's the Justice League show or any Lego movie or the other stuff.
I find it funny/entertaining but it's actually an offense towards The Flash.
He's no stupid goof.
However I like to watch such joint adventures because I know it'll be fun with Flash around.
