I don't know, they just put the first season on Netflix.

well since it's a series from 2014 and on Imdb there are two seasons but it was released on Netflix as one season, I guess there will not be a second season. You can watch Magi: The Kingdom of Magic on Netflix if you haven't already. Sinbad is a prequel to it.
