I'm thinking either this is a satire for adults or the filmmakers are pushing the sexual innuendos way too far. What do you think?
I suspect its the latter, only because I've seen some very inappropriate things over and over in some of their TV shows, dramas, music videos etc that leads me to believe that this just illustrates how child-like things can become very sexualised over there, thus there's a blurring of the lines between appropriate and inappropriate.
It all veers too far into the 'creepy' territory to be funny, like peering into a particularly depraved person's mind's eye.
While I'm no fan of the name-calling of Koreans as 'klowns' (and general swearing), this man showcases and articulates this perversion better than me:
