Who sent the flowers?

When Ben got his surgery, who sent the flowers with his name on them? I don't know if it was shown and I just missed it or if it was never specified. I just binge watched all the episodes in basically one shot today.

As a reminder that he knows Ben's secret. Back then when the show still cared about motivations.

Just to threaten the outing. At that point, Ben's attempt to appear as Adam, kept Ben from being interested in having Doug arrested. By revealing it, he would lose that leverage.
