I've been supporting this show since the beginning, but this latest episode is jumping the shark. The characters are all doing stupid things now. Bully and his weak attempt at blackmailing hap. Billy's wife revealing that she knows about the woman's affair with hap, haps son and the loser accomplice who never seems to leave. It's getting annoying

shareThat whole scene was beyond ridiculous. Yes, let's ask the masked gunman if you can take a look at his injury instead of just giving him the pills. Yes, let's keep our hand on the panic button for a long enough time for said gunman to see you. Yes, let's just stand there for a minute when seeing a masked gunman running from the store where your pregnant wife works and yell 'Hey!'. Yes, let's just stay there on the floor with your beaten wife and yell at the empty store and emptier street for someone to call 911.

shareAgreed. Idk the first episode was interesting, I was a bit confused and I didn't fully believe the story but I stuck with it. Each week I lost faith except I think the episode prior to the this one. It's just that I hate all the characters and the character I hate the least is the wife. Any of the other characters could die in a fire and I wouldn't care but they beat and possibly kill her and possibly the baby? Between that, his weak blackmail which didn't make sense (I mean he's cheating on his wife, it's not evil to inform her), the guy trying the affair with the Jamacian wife being an ass, Hap's son being a worthless idiot, and just all the characters doing stupid thing in a show that's trying to be sophisticated..... I just don't know. I'm tempted to stop here but in all honesty it's probably going to be cancelled. I hope it does. So I'll just finish this season just to see where it leads maybe it'll get better. All I can saw is if it gets a second season, I won't go out of my way to watch it. I might watch Dynasty instead. They try to be as dramatic as that and Dallas but they fail because they are trying to get younger people to watch it. Notice how most the eps are TVPG and it even aired on ABC Family on a rerun. Just thought that was interesting.

shareI am getting a little confused with this show, who is the black couple? Friends of Cody? Shouldn't Billy be more worried about Cody? Jules broke up with Whick or Wick because she felt he was lying to her......... That's a double standard since she was lying to him about his dad.
shareI know right! The black couple were completely useless to the story. Basically they just showed how stupid Cody and billy were to go and loan then 50,000 dollars so they could start up a food stand that they never made last anyway
shareAlso the way Jules was going off on Wick about lying to her, when she should take a look at herself. It's like a double standard. You could see she has feelings for Hap. Why is Carla staying with Hap if she has proof about him and Jules? I was wondering last night since Billy and the guy's grand daughter were spending so much time together, if they were going to end up doing more than kiss on the cheek?
