The Shoutout - gave up in less than an hour

I should have come to this board before watching this awful program. The other comments on this board about the stretched material and the commercial-fest are understatements. I lost count of the number of times they show the perpetrator pointing his pistol at the officer.

How on earth do you make a gunfight boring?

You are right. I thought I was rewinding the show instead of fast forewarding on my dvr. It's really very odd. They could have done this show in an hour and it would at least be watchable. Actually 30 minutes. It's the classic case of filler TV. I would rather see dateline or 48 hrs any day. Just show shark tank re runs because this sucks

they ought to tell the story and have it like a dateline format. The reinactment is so uninteresting. I want to see more actual footage and real interviews with the hostages family and if they survive show real footage of them in court
Even background stories of the guys holding up the store. They mentioned they hated America etc. why? Maybe bio a few of the gunmen. A lot more interesting than the cheesy repeated mini movie. Terrible producer and writer

poorly planning on the swat team. They got a lot of people hurt and 3 killed. They just came in and shot up the gunmen not caring who the gunmen shot. Who planned this. Unfortunately this is real and people were killed. Did the person in charge get fired or even charged for his stupidity. I'm not an expert but I would have set up clear shots of all of them before I charged in not even knowing if they were hostages or killers. They had to ask the hostages. Not only a bad reinactment. Most important very poor police work. I hope the man in charge was fired or even charged
