If you've got a series recording set on your DVR, keep it set. Chances are they'll air as filler over the summer on Saturday nights or something (which happens a lot with quickly-cancelled shows). If not, somebody in Australia, Istanbul or wherever it's been airing will get around to leaking 'em online sooner or later.
And as titled in another thread, the root cause of the swift cancellation was low ratings not religious protests. Thursday has become a high-rated night for CBS comedies, so the network freaked out when it tanked and pulled it from the schedule. Although single-camera sitcoms started trickling out almost 20 years ago, the network idiots at CBS STILL haven't figured out that single-camera and multi-camera (i.e. studio audience/laugh track) sitcoms never maintain consistent ratings when they're paired up together... and yet they keep doing it, leading to the cancellation of many awesome shows.
