Netflix re running not confirming season 2!

Yet! It will go on viewing figures man noise made so keep it up...sign petitions...don't let them. Forget we want more!

reply

I watched it. Very enjoyable!

This isn't a bad place for it to end, but it'd be nice if Netflix will give it another season. I hope they do.

Where can I sign petitions?

where do we sign?

I honestly don't think this will get picked up by anyone at this point. It was passed on by both Netflix and Amazon (for developing a second season) back in May and at some point, the folks involved have to move on to other jobs. That's surely happened (or is happening) by now.

reply

yeah. that's common sence.
But it's just not fair, to kill a show with so much potential.
Pass this "limitless concept" the torch to another? But no. That would be too expensive.

Live long enough... it's almost expected. In fact, my liking a show seems to be a show-killer. If they don't kill it, they 'tweak' it and ruin everything I liked about it.

reply

Well. Then you must even have an eminem taste, besides this show. Because a lot people liked it.

I can't think of one other show that I liked, that did not have more than once season, where it had the potential to go on.

When the network is NBC,CBS or ABC the first season has to be a blast, if they are going with another one. Or they pass them to other networks.
If you don't want you TV-shows to be cancelled in the future, watch shows on CW fx. They are currently running the most popular shows in the world, but they don't get cancelled. Even if they don't have the greatest numbers, they earn otherwise like blueray, and steaming services. So they can survive. To almost infinity.
Just look at Supernatural.

what is 'eminem' taste? Are you talking about the rapper Eminem?

Or they pass them to other networks.
That happens rather rarely, considering how many are cancelled.

What is CW fx? There's a broadcast network CW. Is CW fx something... or are you talking about CW and the cable network FX? I don't have cable. I think paying for the overwhelming dreck that runs on cable is the biggest rippoff that people agree to. For those cable shows that are worthy, I Netflix them.

I do watch a few CW shows but, with some perspective, CW skews younger than my interests. Not a judgment, just an observation. Touch (2012), Almost Human (2013), and Awake (2012) were three shows I loved. They monkeyed with the premise of Touch in its second season - which killed everything I'd loved about it. Then they cancelled it. Awake and Almost Human were cancelled after one season. Drive (2007) might not have been an outstanding show but it hit the ground with a 'mystery' premise (and I was invested because of the cast/crew involved) and they cancelled it mid season with no resolution. Deadwood (2004) and Legend of the Seeker (2008) ran more than one season but were cancelled before their time while CSI/Law-and-Order shows ran and ran and ran.

I don't want shows to last till infinity. I'm glad shows like Orphan Black and Battlestar Galatica scheduled their own ending without letting things drag. I just want there to be more diversity on tv rather than always catering to one designated demographic or demanding instant high ratings or off-with-yah.

But I'm in the minority of most things and tv doesn't really care about me or what I think!

A little late but i still hate that they never picked up Studio 60 on the sunset strip again :(
Seen it?

With the exception of the woman that play's Brian's mom, most don't have much going on. Yes some have movies over the next year or 2 but they can shoot around that pretty easy.

You either reducing roles so some people are written out of certain eps, but considering it would likely be a netflix pick up they would just either shoot episodes out of order, or less likely but still do-able. They shoot all the scenes of all the episodes of a certain actor all at once.

Eg Brian's mom comes in for a week of shooting all her scenes for the entire season. Normally you couldn't do it cause *beep* is airing as they are shooting, but with netflix model of dumping all the eps they can shoot it however they want.

haha you look like a big fun of the show
