What?

Why did they have to cut a hole in the container, when they could have just used the same one that the cops use to talk to each other. This show really is getting stupider every week!

... were you even listening? they said that they didn't want anyone to see the boy leaving because it would cause chaos.

no I get that...but what's the difference between a hole in the storage container and the already-existing hole in the storage container? Kind of the exact same thing, and in broad daylight...with people around lol

Someone who disagrees with you is NOT a hater 😉

Logic seems to elude a lot of the characters in containment.

Here you have an insurrectionist demographic of people who want nothing more than to get out of the cordon, but somehow Major Scott believes "boots on the ground" will provide the security and comfort the people need.

They're trying to break free, but armed soldiers will pacify them.

The tactic was a complete waste of time and it's even more insulting he thought it would work. When the troops had to retreat he ended up going with the advice of putting snipers on the containers.

Just the writers way of wasting time with filler material. Just one example of many bad decisions made by characters.
