Australian scenery

I note in some of the reviews that the beautiful Australian scenery is mentioned. I think that it is a pity that the site of the first episode, covering Peter Allen's childhood, is not stated in the "Locations" section. Carcoar, the third oldest town west of the Blue Mountains, was dressed (with very little alteration) to reflect Armidale of the 1950s. The "Tenterfield Saddler" is in Naylor Street. the family home is in Stoke Lane. The pub is the Royal Hotel in Belubula Street. The shop where Peter's father worked is also in Belubula Street. The other outdoor shots were filmed in the surrounding hills.
