I've got to hand it to the writers and showrunner in the Finale (Season 1, Episodes 12 &13)
They didn't go where I expected them to go. So many comic book productions go only the safest of places with right and wrong actions and good and evil people. The actions of the lynch-pin characters are usually solidly affixed to archetypes. It's comfortable entertainment.
But here, the events were exciting, surprising, but also disappointing. I'm not sure how much I liked what happened, and, I'm going to have to re-watch the two episodes, just to figure out where I stand on some of the stuff.
Thanks writers, for doing something that wasn't so ABC 123. Thanks for making me think! I'll keep watching for the show's return.
