I see a lot of people saying he killed Claire, but who was that screaming in the end when he asks if she's hungry? I was under the assumption that was Claire and maybe the smell the cops smelled were Ryan and Hannah's bodies.

The baby wouldn't be shown like that if he had not KEPT the pregnant woman.
