Pcos and pregnancy

The chances of getting pregnancy with PCOS is slim to none .

Meaning?... You don't think she has PCOS? (Just asking.)

reply

Agreed.

Then there is a falsehood somewhere.

That's 100000% untrue. Her weight is more likely to cause infertility than her PCOS

Fat = estrogen ⬆

I agree and add on 70 BMI makes me think this is just made for tv drama and we'll find out the test was wrong

reply

Not true at all. It's different for everyone. Some people with PCOS get pregnant easily. Some need help from a fertility doctor, and some can't get pregnant at all. Not a final or black and white thing.

I know someone who has PCOS. She's probably half Whitney's weight and she was pregnant within her first year of marriage. She just had the baby last fall.

It makes it difficult...not impossible.

It's not quite slim to none. Without fertility treatment, it is rare though. And with her weight on top of it? I think it's BS. It reminds me of Maci from MTV's "Teen Mom" who keeps saying pregnancies for her are a surprise because she has PCOS. Girl has had three "surprise" live-births in less than eight years.

In Whitney's case, she may have PCOS, but this pregnancy seems bogus. Her ever blaming PCOS caused her weight gain is bogus too. About 50% with PCOS have obesity, but not to THAT degree. She likes to eat. And be a drama queen!
