I'll watch again next week. BTW wasn't David like 12?

Still watching the show, but Biblically speaking, yes he was. David was only a boy when he slew Goliath. That's why he couldn't wear armor: it didn't fit.

It's the first thing I noticed that they got wrong because it is so glaringly inaccurate.

Yes because the bible is soooo accurate.

It's not a case of if the Bible is accurate or not, the problem here is that they got the casting wrong for the source material, completely wrong. It's like they cast a woman to be Gandalf or a teenage girl as Captain America, or whatever your forte is, you get the picture.
