What the hell kind of name is "Lark" anyway?

I shudder every time that name (if you can call it that) is uttered.

It is bad enough that in real life so many idiots decide to name their children with random combinations of letters; the last thing we need is for TV to validate the stupidity of those people.

Do you feel the same about all "natural" names? Naming after a bird such as a Lark or Robin, or a plant such as Daisy or Willow, or other creatures such as Fawn?

Of course, they could have just been drunk and named her "on a lark"

It's a kind of bird, so it fits in with names like Robin and Wren.
