People don't like cats because they aren't the animal butt-kissers that dogs are, and are independent animals; which is why I love them. Dogs stink and spend half their lives either licking a**holes or groveling to their "Masters"!

I would not disbelieve this theory. Dogs have ruled Hollywood for years and it's gotten so that the cats are very angry. And the movies that have starred them have been second rate. (other than "That Darned Cat"-a classic, though the sequel "That Darned Cat Meets Herbie the Love Bug-And Loses" was swept under the rug, it was better!)
The Cat Lobby has finally begun to push it's agenda and we, the Dogists had better be aware that Catites are coming for us in droves. I've found myself nervous in the pet food aisle of my local supermarket whenever there are more than 2 or 3 cat people in the same aisle. They really tend to hiss and snarl.

The dogists are just jealous b/c "Cat from Outer Space" showed Disney's bias towards "Strong feline characters".
After all, Pluto was Mickey Mouse's pet. You think a cat would have put up with being a mouse's 'pet'?! And don't get the 'dog lobby' started on Goofy who portrays dogs as mentally-challenged with a speech impediment.
