I assume you're referring to the "Cannibal Holocaust" reference. From what we know, Warren isn't a bad person. He may or may not know that animals were actually killed during the making of CH. Either way, in this case it's completely irrelevant because Warren is clearly trying to impress Max with his knowledge of obscure, odd movies, and how "tough" he is. Warren is only guilty of being a goodhearted yet annoying poser. Jefferson on the other hand is a sick psychopath.
I disliked Warren, Chloe, and Jefferson.
Warren was incredibly clingy and, as I've already mentioned, incredibly annoying. Not to mention the fact that his science references made my eyes hurt from the constant eye-rolling.
I hated Jefferson from the second I met him. Unfortunately, I wasn't given the option to express my opinion of him. Instead I was forced to listen to the countless lines of dialogue in which my character kept gushing over him. When Max found out that shortly before her disappearance Rachel met "a perfect mature man who's not a bad boy" -- I think in episode 1 or 2-- Gilderoy Lockhart became my number one suspect.
Chloe's behaviour and her general attitude just made me wish I had a "Slap!" and "SLAP HARD!" options during every single one of her dialogue screens.
