So I accidentally watched season four first. Thought it was pretty funny. What do you think happened exactly in the end? Did the riptide get them or no? I overall enjoyed the series because I went back to season one but the sex conversations/scenes were just too much sometimes to handle. IMO but then that would’ve probably been half of the show!

It was a metaphor. They are swimming against the tide, as always, and make it back to shore.
