Is it Arabic? Because it doesn't sound like it to my untrained ears.

It's a certain tribal arabic dialect, even for an arab it's not fully understood.
shareThanks, it sounded "different" to me. No rolling "R" or something. I had just watched something recently where people spoke Arabic and it sounded different enough but similar.
