What's wrong with NBC?

They cancelled Crowded, Telenovela and Undateable.

Someone wandered why they haven't multiple-season lasting comedy shows since Friends. Reason is thet all getting cancelled. I guess NBC likes more dramas as nearly all dramas got renewed but comedys got axed.

I might be stupid European who doesn't know how America works.

Nah you're not stupid, we're just that ass backwards, especially when it comes to entertainment. I really liked Telenovela and Undateable, more than Superstore but I guess I'll do the full conversion to strictly watching things online and Netflix like most people have. If it's not "reality" tv, it doesn't get far.

Running out of shows to watch and reasons to watch tv.

I was already pissed that NBC canceled Crowded and now this? Telenovela was funny and very well cast and now it's in TV heaven. Shame on you TV viewers and NBC.

Well, yes, shows getting cancelled is the reason they don't last long.
The problem is the reasons behind cancellation are lack of viewers. The fact is that even hilarious shows like this one sometimes don't have enough people watching.
