...are good weekly reminders how difficult pretty wives can be.

They are so self-absorbed wanting everything their way (aside from leaving Jamie's sister's wedding early, that was wrong). They go on and on about things. They act like they have a stick up their butt at all times, acting all prissy if something is uncool.

The song makes sense: "if you wanna be happy for the rest of your life, never make a pretty woman your wife"!
