Neph: confused

I feel like I must've missed something because the last I remember Jasmine had moved to New York from Texas to live with Neph and was looking for a job. Now, at the Halloween party Jason was talking about how Neph had just gotten divorced (which was before Jasmine, no?) & that he was sure he would find the right girl. Did they break up? I didn't see that and I'm sure I didn't miss any episodes.
