Kelly Lynch

Have to say she's been brilliant in this, a really nuanced and layered performance. Her scenes in episode 8 (don't want to add spoilers) were genuinely terrifying. I don't remember feeling a lot of sympathy in the book for a woman who basically abused her child, but she's managed to bring a vulnerability and sweetness to the the character.
